Chad and I danced an Argentinian tango for our first dance as a married couple. While guests were being seated, Chad and I changed our clothes. Chad from his traditional Indian outfit into a tuxedo and I from my wedding gown into a black tango dress. We did not enter the room together.
Chad made his way to the dance floor while carrying a single long stemmed rose, and I entered the room after being announced. Chad signaled for the music to begin playing by snapping his fingers and once the music started he threw the rose to the floor. Our guests were simply in awe of our dramatic entrance and the way Chad and I could not take our eyes off of each other as we danced the tango.
We have Terri and Richard from 2 for Tango, Inc. to thank for their time and help in choreographing our steps to the music as well as helping us to select a song. Chad and I loved learning the dance steps as well as practicing up until our wedding day. - Shilpa

Dear Terri and Richard,
There is really no way in words to express how much you both have changed my life. You are both incredible teachers who are disciplined, yet constructive, focused, yet caring, hands-on, yet you allow for personality differences and individual apptitude for learning. You inspire as you teach, and imbued me with not only the nuances and perfecting touches, but also with the love and the way of life that is the Tango. I will never be the same…thank goodness! You both took the time to nurture my resolve to learn and endeavoured to enable me on my quest to be able to do the Argentine Tango. Weekly I would eagerly anticipate my lesson with you both and although the time flew by, my learning was never rushed. Fully engaged while in teaching mode, you covered many different steps each lesson.
Your positive feedback and detailed critique allowed me to consolidate what I had learned in the previous lesson and raised my confidence. My journey to understand and be able to Tango, has taken approximately 16 hours and 11 private lessons and is an experience that has enriched, enlightened and engulfed me.
I understand better now what the Tango obsession is all about, and I feel the passion for the dance. Never did I think that I would be someone who could adore dancing so much. The caveat is, that

Dear Terri and Richard:
As first time student to your Tuesday night class, we want to express to you our appreciation for your great lesson and instruction. We, as you know, have been students of Argentine Tango since October. We respected and appreciated your keen observations and constructive/instructive critique on our technique.
Your class was a wonderful blend of foundation and progression that truly left us humbled and excited and with great anticipation of being able to join in your class again soon.
You were patient and attentive and articulate in your instruction and we felt we benefited tremendously in such a short period of time. We are in the process of trying to arrange our schedule so that we can join you again in the near future, hopefully, as one of your "regulars".
With your time and instruction, we hope to make it worth your while and represent you well on the dance

Thank you for a wonderful Milonga experience. We enjoyed it tremendously. We appreciated all your attention to detail: i.e., the table settings, the candles, the choice of fine foods, etc. And, of course, the wine tasting! We could notstop talking about it. We hope we represented you well on the dance floor.
We felt our confidence building as the night went on. You taught us WELL! Unfortunately, we will not be able to make class this Tuesday. However, we anticipate with great pleasure returning the
following Tuesday.
